• First floor space 8.50m by 8.60m.

• Members of the community, charities and voluntary groups £12.00 an hour, regular use (6 or more sessions) £10.00 an hour.

• Commercial groups and Public Bodies £18.00 an hour, regular use (6 or more sessions) £15.00 an hour.

• Hires of 8 hours or more on one day are automatically subject to a further 10% discount.
