Harbour Room

  • Members of the community, charities and voluntary groups: £10 per hour. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £8 per hour.

  • Commercial groups and public bodies: £15. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £12 per hour.

Channel Hall

  • Members of the community, charities and voluntary groups: £15 per hour. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £12 per hour.

  • Commercial groups and public bodies: £20. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £18 per hour.

Chapel Room

  • Members of the community, charities and voluntary groups: £10 per hour. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £6 per hour.

  • Commercial groups and public bodies: £15. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £10 per hour.

Bay Hall

  • Members of the community, charities and voluntary groups: £12 per hour. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £10 per hour.

  • Commercial groups and public bodies: £18. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £15 per hour.

All of St Pauls (Channel, Bay and Chapel)

  • Members of the community, charities and voluntary groups: £32 per hour. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £24 per hour.

  • Commercial groups and public bodies: £45. Regular use (6 or more sessions): £39 per hour.

All hires of 8 hours or more on one day are automatically subject to a further 10% discount.

There is also a charge for damage, extra cleaning and over-runs via a returnable bond. This is variable. Please note that set up and clear up time must be allowed for within your booking period.
 

How many people can the rooms accommodate?

Harbour Room
Approximately 10 people for a small meeting.

Channel Hall
Approximately 50 people in a theatre type set up.

Chapel Room
Approximately 8 people for a small meeting.

Bay Hall
Approximately 50 people in a theatre type set up.
 

Is there anything that you won’t let spaces for?

Any activities that go against the standards and values maintained by GVS, including very noisy activities. The building has close residential neighbours.
 

Are there any problems with access and parking?

The building is fully accessible, with wheelchair ramp, lift and disabled toilets available. The building does not feature a car park, but car parking is available. St Pauls is conveniently located near the centre of Penarth, which has a range of excellent rail and bus transport links.
 

Does the kitchen have….?

The kitchen has a sink, tea and coffee making facilities (available upon request), cutlery/crockery, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer. If you have any specific queries regarding the contents of the kitchen, please contact us.

Do I have to tidy up?

Absolutely YES! You need to leave the spaces as you found them. Your bond will not be returned if you do not. You will need to bring your own black bags for any rubbish that you produce and take these away with you. Don’t forget to include your set-up and tidying up time within your hire period.
