About St Pauls

St Paul’s Community Centre in Arcot Street, Penarth has been renovated by Newydd Housing and is being managed by Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) to benefit the local community.

St Pauls is a flexible community space available to rent for a multitude of activities at an affordable rate. The building is welcoming, fully accessible and spacious. It has two large halls that benefit from kitchens. Office space is available too!

As GVS is a local charity, this means that profits are reinvested back into improving the centre for the local community.
